OK first my Main Hd drive went out on the computer, solid state drive 128gig, the computer is only 9 mo old about 4 week's ago I installed update as always from Microsoft as always, I also got the new GeForce drive's after all the update's about45min later the computer shut down, I restart and ran my tool to check seem it over heated. And it did this a few more time's but, about a week ago I got more update's and bam it stop not sure why it would over heat and then just stop, thenthis morning I get and its was put in rest mode before bed when I got up nada power come's on but nothing so I assume the main drive failed I put in it a very old computer and start it to see if it could see the drive and nada. What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model?Please download and run Driver View and upload a copy of the report it produces to your OneDrive. To get a report on all drivers select Edit, Select All followed by File, Save Selected Items. Text file format please, HTML files are less easyto work with.Please provide a copy of your System Information file. To access your System Information file select the keyboard shortcutWin+R, type msinfo32 and press the ENTERkey.
Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. Files in the txt file format are preferred. Do not place the cursor within the body of the report before exporting the file. The system creates a new System Information file each time system informationis accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy.

Ok my HD on my main computer just stopped and I started using a computer I got last year, but let a friend have, when I got the computer back I pluggedin all the HD to USB port and the first one would not show up so I tought it might have got damage by what ever made the main drive from my first computer go out? So I plugged in the other 8 HD drive, and they all would not come up so I check theforum's and did what people stated I uninstalled the driver and re plugged it in and 3 of 8 I have back up but the rest of them I keep getting this error below. Replied onHi yes sorry take me time to reply back I was in the hospital, ok I was able to test all 5 drive's USB on a friend's laptop and they all came right up so it is this computer only, is there a way to clear all the drives and reset them with out restorethis computer? I would love to be able to do it, if so please reply back here ill do my very best to read asap, but as I stated before I have terminal cancer and its very hard for me to get to thing's quick. As always thank you all for any help on thisissue, also when I delete the drives in the universal serial bus controllers I did not delete them all I only did the one's that apply to hard drives? Should I do them all to see if it makes a difference?
